Turbuly is a free, independent, ad-free turbulence forecast tool. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.
The service
Turbuly computes a general turbulence outlook for flight routes from the ECMWF Open Data global weather model. It is free, shows no ads, and requires no account.
Not an operational briefing
Turbuly is not an operational flight briefing and is not a substitute for information from your airline, a pilot, air traffic control, or a licensed flight dispatcher. The forecasts shown are general, informational guidance for anxious flyers, not safety-critical advice. Never use Turbuly as the sole basis for a flight-safety decision.
No warranty of accuracy
Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any forecast, verdict, or route page is accurate, complete, or current. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the site in a way that harms others; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service; scrape or reproduce the site's content at scale without permission; or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and code are owned by Turbuly unless stated otherwise. Underlying weather and flight data come from third-party sources (for example ECMWF Open Data); that data remains subject to those sources' own terms and attribution requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbuly and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including decisions made based on a forecast. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
